飛 行 員 執 照
執 照 事 務 組 於 二 零 零 八 至 零 九 年 度 處 理 共 2 680 份 有 關 簽
發 飛 行 員 或 機 組 人 員 執 照 、 飛 機 型 號 和 特 殊 批 註 的 申 領
與 及 執 行 了 3 105 份 飛 行 員 執 照 考 試 。 這 些 考 試 中 , 有
2 393 次 考 試 在 香 港 舉 行 , 其 餘 的 712 次 則 是 由 本 處 人 員
前 往 位 於 澳 洲 的 阿 得 雷 德 飛 行 學 校 , 親 自 監 考 該 校 根 據
《CAD 509》 批 准 檔 所 舉 行 的 飛 行 員 執 照 考 試 。 執 照 事
務 組 另 共 簽 發 了 3 737 份 體 檢 合 格 證 明 書 , 並 處 理 了 221
個 以 轉 換 海 外 執 照 形 式 申 請 簽 發 的 香 港 執 照 。
飛 機 維 修 執 照
截 至 二 零 零 九 年 三 月 三 十 一 日 , 航 空 人 員 執 照 事 務 組 簽 發
的 有 效 執 照 共 有 1 521 個 。 年 內 , 航 空 人 員 執 照 事 務 組 透
過 香 港 飛 機 工 程 有 限 公 司 位 元 元 於 將 軍 澳 的 電 腦 化 考 試 系
統 , 舉 辦 了 合 共 6 923 份 試 卷 的 考 試 。
協 調 本 地 空 域 使 用 者
為 促 進 航 空 安 全 , 香 港 分 區 飛 行 安 全 委 員 會 繼 續 定 期 召 開
會 議 協 調 香 港 空 域 使 用 者 之 間 的 安 全 事 宜 。 這 些 本 地 空 域
使 用 者 包 括 定 翼 機 機 構 和 旋 翼 機 機 構 ( 政 府 飛 行 服 務 隊 、
中 國 人 民 解 放 軍 駐 香 港 部 隊 ( 駐 港 部 隊 )、 直 升 機 服 務 ( 香
港 ) 有 限 公 司 、 空 中 快 線 和 香 港 飛 行 總 會 )、 香 港 滑 翔 傘
會 以 及 個 別 私 人 航 空 器 擁 有 人 。
PERSONNEL LICENSING OFFICE
Flight Crew Licensing
During 2008-09, Personnel Licensing Office (PELO) processed 2 680
applications for initial licence issue or renewal, inclusion of ratings
and addition or removal of endorsements in flight crew licences.
A total of 3 105 CAD flight crew licensing written examinations
were conducted with 2 393 held locally in Hong Kong while the
remaining 712 were overseas examinations invigilated by CAD
at Flight Training Adelaide in Australia under CAD 509 Approval.
3 737 Medical Certificates were issued to Hong Kong flight crew
licence or air traffic controller’s licence holders/applicants. PELO
also processed during the year 221 applications for conversion of
a foreign flight crew licence into a Hong Kong licence.
Aircraft Maintenance Licensing
As at March 31, 2009, the number of valid AML issued was
1 521. During the report period, a total of 6 923 examinations were
conducted at the delegated examination centre, using paperless
computerised examination system, at HAECO in Tseung Kwan O.
COORDINATION WITH LOCAL AIRSPACE USERS
To promote flight safety, the Hong Kong Sector Flight Safety
Committee comprising local airspace users continued to meet
regularly to discuss issues to enhance safety and coordination in
the local airspace. These local airspace users include fixed-wing
operators and rotary wing operators (GFS, the Hong Kong Garrison
of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), HEL, SSH and the Hong
Kong Aviation Club (HKAC)) as well as the Hong Kong Paragliding
Association and private aircraft owners.
