Frame:
Interior: Standard is Pine Wood, optional Douglas Fir. Species available are Mahogany, Cedro Macho, Vertical Grain Douglas Fir,
Cherry, and White Oak.
Exterior: Extruded aluminum .050″(1.3) thick. Clad standard colors are Stone White, Bahama Brown, Bronze, Pebble Gray or
Evergreen. Clad select colors are Arctic White, Ebony, French Vanilla, Wineberry, Desert Beige, Sierra White, Coconut Cream,
Cashmere, Cadet Gray, Cumulus Gray, Sherwood Green, Hampton Sage, Cascade Blue, Cobalt Blue. Custom colors are available,
please contact you Marvin representative.
Frame thickness: 1 3/16″ (30) all the way around.
Frame base (with pre−drilled installation holes in jambs): Is 4 9/16″ (116) from backside of nailing fin to interior wood face of frame.
Sash:
Interior: Standard is Pine Wood, optional Douglas Fir. Species available are Mahogany, Cedro Macho, Vertical Grain Douglas Fir,
Cherry, and White Oak.
Exterior: Extruded aluminum .050″ (1.3) thick. Available in all standard or optional select colors. Custom colors also available, please
contact your Marvin representative.
Nominal Sash thickness: 1 5/8″ (41) with 3/4″ (19) insulated glass. For 1″ (25) insulated glass sash thickness is 1 7/8″ (48).
Standard interior wood cope sticking is ogee. Optional ovolo and square available.
Stiles and Rails 2 1/16″ (52) standard. Optional tall bottom rail 3 9/16″ (90) bottom rail available.
Painted Interior Finish:
Optional factory applied water based acrylic paint over compatible primer. Available on Pine products only. Color – White
Hardware: See individual Product Chapters.
Weather Strip:
Sash weather strip is bulb shaped glass filled polypropylene material, available in white, beige or black.
Frame weather strip is a hollow foamed EPDM material bent around 90 degree corners to allow for seamless corner joints.
It is only available in beige.
Jamb Extensions:
Jamb extensions are available for various wall thickness factory applied up to 14″ (356) wide, finish to match interior. Jamb extensions
over 7 9/16″ (192) will be edge glues, 4 11/16″ (119) jamb extension will be shipped loose.
Insect Screens:
Full size screen with aluminum surround is standard. Surround color: Satin Taupe, Optional Stone White or Bronze. Screen mesh
standard is charcoal fiberglass, or optional: High Transparency, Silver Gray fiberglass, Charcoal aluminum, Black aluminum, or Bright
Bronze.
Optional wood screen available with standard High Transparency screen mesh. Other options for the screen mesh are the same as the
aluminum surround screen.
Insect Screens: Available on CUCA, CUPCA, CUAWN and CUPAWN
Aluminum screen surround: Full screen aluminum surround is standard. Surround color: Satin Taupe, optional Stone White or Bronze.
Optional wood screen surround available.
Screen mesh: 18 by 16 Charcoal Fiberglass standard. Optional screen mesh: Charcoal aluminum wire, bright aluminum wire, or bright
bronze aluminum wire.
Optional Charcoal High Transparency screen mesh (CH Hi−Tran) 20 x 20 fiberglass, for aluminum surround, standard on wood screen.
Retractable Screens: Available on CUCA, CUPCA, CUAWN and CUPAWN
Standard screen mesh is a stiffened High Transparency screen mesh 20 x 20 fiberglass.
Visible interior screen is all wood. Standard is Pine, which can be primed. Alternate species including Mahogany, Cherry, White Oak,
Cedro Macho and Douglas Fir. The Douglas Fir screen will be made with vertical grain veneer.
The gliding block is standard color beige, but also available in black or white.

Available for use with ogee or ovolo sash sticking.
Available with or without spacer bars.
Interior bar: 5/8″ (16), 7/8″ (22) or 1 1/8″ (29) [1 3/4″ (44), 2 13/32″ (61)] wide bars. Pine or Douglas Fir wood standard, optional
Mahogany, Cedro Macho, Vertical Grain Douglas fir, Cherry and White Oak. Finish to match interior.
Exterior bar: Extruded aluminum clad, 5/8″ (16),7/8″ (22), 1 1/8″ (29), 1 3/4″ (44) or 2 13/32″ (61) wide bars, finish to match exterior.
Pattern: Rectangular, custom lite layouts available, contact your Marvin representative.
Removable Interior Grilles:
Available for use with ogee or ovolo sash sticking.
Bars: Pine wood 3/4″ (19) or 1 1/8″ (29) wide bars.
Pattern Rectangular, custom lite layout available, contact your Marvin representative.
Grilles−Between−the−Glass (GBG):
11/16″ (17) white contoured aluminum bar.
Exterior Colors: Stone White, Arctic White, Bronze, Pebble Grey, Bahama Brown, Cashmere, Ebony, Evergreen, Sherwood Green,
Sierra White, French Vanilla, Coconut Cream, and Wineberry . (The exterior GBG color is designed to best match the Marvin clad
colors when used with LoĒ glass. The use of different types of glazing options may alter the exterior GBG color appearance.)
Interior Colors: White is default color. Optional colors: Bronze, Pebble Gray, and Sierra White.
Optional flat aluminum bar available. Colors: White, Champagne, Sandtone, Green, Bronze H (61), Dark Bronze (126).
Glass and Glazing:
Standard glass is insulating LoĒ 2 272 ® with Argon.
3/4″ (19) thickness for 1 5/8″ (41) sash.
1″ (25) thickness for 1 7/8″ (48) sash.
Glazing seal: Silicon glazed.
Optional glazing available: LoĒ 180 with Argon, LoĒ 3 366 ® with Argon, 1″ Tri−pane LoĒ 180 outer piece and LoĒ 180 inner piece
with Argon, 1″ Tri−pane LoĒ 180 outer piece and LoĒ 180 inner piece with Krypton/Argon, 1″ Tri−pane LoĒ 2 272 ® outer piece and
LoĒ 2 272 ® inner piece with Argon, 1″ Tri−pane LoĒ 2 272 ® outer piece and LoĒ 2 272 ® inner piece with Krypton/Argon,1″ Tri−pane LoĒ 3

Insulating glass will be altitude adjusted with capillary tubes for higher elevations. Argon gas is not available for elevations that require
capillary tubes.
