Sub: Allotment of rice under AAY for the month from December, 2012.
Ref: Govt. in FS& CW Deptt Letter No. 17757, Dt - 12-Nov.-2012
A stock of Q. 17184.45 of AAY Rice has been allotted to Cuttack District vide the above
said letter of Govt. in F.S. & C.W. Department , Odisha for distribution among the 49099 Nos. of
AAY Beneficiaries in different blocks and Urban areas of Cuttack District. The detail block / ULB
wise distribution of AAY Rice for the month of December 2012 is as per the sheet enclosed. The
AAY beneficiaries are entitled to get 35 Kg. of Rice @ Rs. 2/- per Kg. The RRCs cum DSC incharge
/ Transport Contractors / PDS Retailers are directed to lift and distribute the allotted rice as
per the Govt. guidelines.
