Sub: Allotment of rice under Annapurna Scheme for the month of February,2013.
Ref: Govt.in FS& CW Deptt Letter No 453 dt 05-Jan-2013.
Sir,
I am to send herewith the Block wise and urban local body wise allotment of rice under
‘Annapurna Scheme’ for the month of February,2013 for distribution to the Annapurna beneficiaries
to a tune of 10 Kg per beneficiary on 15th of month i.e JANA SEVA DIVAS free of Cost in each
month. The allotted stock be lifted immediately and report compliance to this office. Further, you are
requested to communicate the dealer wise allotment to the G.Ps/Councilors for information of the
general public. It is also requested to select eligiable beneficiary for filling up of vacancies and list
may be submited this office for kind approval of Collector. All precautionary measures may kindly be
taken to avoid diversion/black marketing of fully subsized rice.
