HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The TCMA Board has bought-down the price of the hotel rooms for TCMA Annual Conference delegates by $70 per night. This action
was taken to support TCMA members during these difficult economic times and to encourage TCMA members to attend the annual
conference. Please thank the 2009-2010 TCMA Board members for this significant contribution to reduce costs for TCMA members.
The Moody Gardens Hotel, located at Seven Hope Boulevard in Galveston, has offered a room rate of $100 single/double. This rate and
room availability cannot be guaranteed after May 31. When making reservations, please call 888-388-8484 and identify yourself as a
Texas City Management Association Annual Conference delegate. Please note that TCMA Annual Conference delegates are NOT exempt
cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received in the TCMA office by May 31. No refunds will be honored after May 31.
HOSPITALITY SUITE POLICY:
TCMA discourages hospitality suite functions, which give rise to the appearance of seeking preferential treatment for a particular business.
Individuals involved in such activities risk disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the Board in keeping with the TCMA Code of
Ethics.
