At the closing date, provided the recipient is still employed by the company, the market value of the granted ‘Phantom Shares’ plus the dividend for the term will be paid out in cash. In case of a premature discontinuation of the employment, or at a so-called ‘Change of Control’, payment in cash will take place in proportion to the period of employment.
