Notification<br />
Aid measures satisfying the conditions laid down in the Regulation are exempted from the ex<br />
ante notification requirement. However, large projects satisfying the following thresholds are<br />
not exempted from individual notification:<br />
■ The total eligible costs of the whole project are at least EUR 25,000,000 and the gross aid<br />
intensity is at least ½ of the applicable aid intensity ceiling; or<br />
■ The total gross aid amount is at least EUR 15,000,000.<br />
Other conditions<br />
Within 20 working days following the implementation of the exempted aid scheme or the<br />
granting of the exempted individual aid, the Member State must submit to the Commission a<br />
summary description of the aid measure.<br />
