from 2007 until the end of 2013. A fifth regulation codifies the application of the de minimis<br />
rule. That regulation clearly establishes that aid to an enterprise that is below the threshold of<br />
€ 200,000 over a period of three fiscal years and that respects certain conditions, does not<br />
constitute State aid in the sense of Article 87(1) of the Treaty, since it is deemed not to affect<br />
trade or distort competition. Such aid does therefore not need to be notified.<br />
