A Note of Thanks
We would like to thank all who have made this day possible through your kindness, openness, support
and love.
Our formation directors who have challenged and guided us through this process and continue to be
brothers to us in this life of fraternity.
The ministries we have been involved with and continue to minister in have given us courage and
strength through your generosity and kindness to us on this journey. We have been blessed with your
presence in our lives and we are continually humbled by the depth of your faithfulness and love.
To our families, in Peru, Canada and the adoptive families we have encountered on our journeys.
Although many were unable to be here today, your spirit, love and support is felt each and every day
of our lives. We would not be here today without the gift of your presence. We will always be grateful
and will always hold you in our hearts.
To our brothers of Holy Name Province, you have opened your hearts and lives to us, adopting us
into your family, hopefully adding a little Peruvian and Canadian flare along the way. As Francis said,
“The Lord gave me brothers…” and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the grace of
fraternity and friendship which you have embraced us.
To all who have made this day possible through your gifts of music, especially Meredith Augustin
and the instrumentalists, cantors and the choir. Your music and voices certainly added to the joy of
the celebration. To Tim Shreenan, O.F.M., our Master of Ceremonies who developed the programs,
you assisted us well. For those who have prepared the reception, to Andrew Reitz O.F.M., the pastor
of St. Francis and to the friars and staff, your generosity of time, talent and spirit will always be
remembered.
May God bless you all with peace.
