Healthy Living to 100 (1 Class)
One of the biggest factors that determines how
well you age is not your genes but how well you
live. Not convinced? Luck and genetics play roles in longevity,
of course, but you can’t control that. To hike your
odds of hitting 100, focus on what you can do, like loading
up on fruits and veggies (add five years), working
out five days a week (add two to four years), and cutting
down on stress (may add up to six years). Dr. Simon
Living Without Headaches (1 Class)
Does Real Headache relief continue to be just
beyond your reach? Do you suffer from Migraine
Headache or recurring Headaches, or Cluster Headaches?
What Causes Headache? Many people are asking
that same question. What causes headache can
be a number of different things. A constant headache
can be a real worry. Wondering what actually causes a
headache, presupposes that you are interested in treating
the cause of different types of headaches rather
than just swallowing pain medication. Scientists have
