<strong>Compensation</strong> <strong>Plan</strong><br />

Appendix A to the <strong>Unicity</strong> Europe Inc. Policies & Procedures<br />

R. Personal Volume (PV). The Volume accumulated from a Franchise Partner’s <strong>Unicity</strong> product purchases<br />

and the product purchases made by his or her Customer(s) through <strong>Unicity</strong> during a Volume<br />

Month.<br />

S. Preferred Customer (or Premium Customer). An end consumer, who purchases <strong>Unicity</strong> products<br />

from a Franchise Partner or from <strong>Unicity</strong> (see definition E. Customer) and who receives discount<br />

for his or her product purchases when using the Easyship programme (see definition B. Easyship<br />

agreement).<br />

T. Preferred Customer Profit. The difference between the wholesale price and the preferred price<br />

paid by a Preferred Customer on selected products.<br />

U. Preferred Price. Recommended retail price for sales to Preferred Customers.<br />

V. Bonus Programmes. (see Appendix A.1 to A.5)<br />

W. Qualify. To “Qualify” is to earn a given rank, benefit or award under the <strong>Compensation</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> in a<br />

Volume Month while the Franchise Partnership is in good standing.<br />

X. Rank. A qualification title in the <strong>Compensation</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> used to describe the level of recognition or<br />

Awards that a Franchise Partnership has earned. The ranks include: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Manager,<br />

Senior Manager, Director, Senior Director, Presidential Sapphire, Presidential Ruby, and Presidential<br />

Diamond.<br />

Y. Bonus. See “Personal Bonus Award.”<br />

Z. Retail Customer. (see definition E. Customer).<br />

AA. Retail Price. Recommended retail price for retail sales.<br />

BB. Retail Profit. The difference between wholesale price and the retail price paid by a Customer.<br />

CC. Shares. The portion of a Manager’s GV that is paid to qualifying Upline Senior Manager’s and higher.<br />

DD. Sponsor. The first Upline position to a Franchise Partner. To “Sponsor” is to be recognised on the<br />

Franchise Partner Agreement as the Sponsor and/or to have the Franchise Partner placed on the<br />

Sponsor’s Frontline.<br />

EE. Upline. A Franchise Partner’s Sponsor and successive Sponsors of each Upline.<br />

FF. Volume. The value or points assigned to a <strong>Unicity</strong> product and which accrues to a Franchise Partner<br />

upon the purchase of the product by the Franchise Partner or by the Downline pursuant to the<br />

<strong>Compensation</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>.<br />

GG. Volume Month. The period of time used to calculate Awards and ranks under the <strong>Compensation</strong><br />

<strong>Plan</strong>.
