With twenty-two (22) years of delivering high caliber
programmes (EMBA, MBA, MSc., Dip. and
more recently DBA.) the Mona School of Business
has continued to fulfill its mission of “…producing
world class transformational leaders…”. That stellar
record is a testament to the mutually beneficial

students. In recognition of the increasing
complexities of the domestic, regional and
international business community and the resultant
changing needs of the student populace, the MSB
determined that a deeper symbiotic relationship
with its students is a prerequisite to its success. In
addition to appointing a student representative to
the Board of Directors of the school, the MSB after
consultations with the then student body,
encouraged the formation of the MSB Student
Association (SA). The association was officially
inaugurated in September 2009. The Executive of
the SA are grateful for the opportunity provided by
the Mona School’s Business newsletter to update all
the stakeholders of the happenings in SA since its
inauguration. The SA has been established and
recognized by the MSB as the student government
body that represents the interest of the all registered
members (DBA, EMBA, MBA, MSc., MBM, Dip.,
etc) of programmes offered by the MSB.
