GRADUATION EXERCISE – TRAINEE SPECIAL CONSTABLES 

One hundred and nineteen (119) student special constables will be graduating at the Island 

Special Constabulary Force Headquarters, Harman Barracks on Wednesday, 2011-11-30 

commencing at 3:00 p.m. 

Mr. Owen L. Ellington, CD, JP, M.Sc., B.Sc., Commissioner of Police will take the general salute 

and inspect the men and women on parade. 

Professor Hopeton Dunn, Academic Director, Telecommunication, Policy and Management 

Programmes, Mona School of Business and Chairman, Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica 

will be the guest speaker. 

There will be a march pass, certificates and awards ceremony.
