Bills included in your rent
Water, gas and electricity bills are included in your rent,
so you don’t have to worry about paying extra for them.
Spread your payments
With University accommodation, you can pay your rent
in three instalments. And unlike most private landlords,
you don’t have to provide a UK guarantor.
Flexible contracts
Our standard contract is for 42 weeks, so you can go
home in the summer vacation if you like. If you prefer to
stay for a full year, there are 51 week contracts available.
Most private landlords only offer contracts for a full year.
Room contents insurance
We set this up for you. It’s included in your rent.
Free internet
Internet connection is included in your rent. It’s ready to
use when you arrive. You can access the University
network from your room.
24-hour maintenance
If you have a problem we send someone round to fix it.
24-hour security
Including CCTV and on-site security teams. You don’t get
this level of care in a privately rented house.
Resident support
There’s always someone on-site to offer help and advice
if you need it. Our Residential Mentors are there from
the moment you arrive. Many of our Mentors are
international students so they know what it’s like moving
to a new country.
Community
Be part of it. Endcliffe Community, Ranmoor Community
or City Community – where you'll make friends for life.
There'll be lots for you to get involved in from socials to
volunteering, to day trips and international food
evenings. Along with events where you can meet other
international students in the community.
