Some of the highlights are: 2012 County Budget Operating Budget of $76,997,100 passed in March 2012. $13 million capital budget; County levy is up 5.6%, or $1,498,100; Has real growth of $442,617 or 1.7% when tax ratios applied; Net levy tax increase is 3.9%; Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund grant decreased $139,200; 2012 Initiatives Local Municipal Service Offerings-information technology, local planning and legal; Information and library services integration-new library leasing policy and new facilities and services; Ambulance service delivery transition March 25 th . b.)
