10.11 Details of investment in companies that hold more than 5% of
NAV of any scheme of IDFC Mutual Fund: Refer Annexure A
The fund has invested in companies, which hold / have held units
in excess of 5% of the net asset value of any scheme of the fund.
These investments were made solely on the basis of sound fundamentals
of these companies.

India.

After a period of six months from the due dates of the respective
dividend declaration, all unclaimed amounts are being transferred
to a fixed deposit on a quarterly basis. Such amounts along with
interest earned would be paid to the relevant investors on a claim
