<strong>Fund</strong> has been set up as a trust by Infrastructure Development and Finance Company Limited (liability restricted to corpus of Trust of Rs. 30,000) with<br />

<strong>IDFC</strong> AMC Trustee Company Private Limited (Company with limited liability) as the trustee and <strong>IDFC</strong> Asset Management Company Private Limited<br />

(Company with limited liability) as the investment manager.<br />

Terms of Issue & Load Structure: <strong>IDFC</strong>-CF, <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF, <strong>IDFC</strong>-ASBF, <strong>IDFC</strong>-LM, <strong>IDFC</strong>-LMP: During the continuous offer the AMC calculates and publishes<br />

NAVs and offers for sale and redemption of units of the Scheme on all Business days. There is no Entry/Exit load on <strong>IDFC</strong>-CF, <strong>IDFC</strong>-LM, <strong>IDFC</strong>-LMP, <strong>IDFC</strong>-<br />

FRF-ST, <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF-LT, <strong>IDFC</strong>-ASBF. An Institutional Plan (Plan B) is available for investment by non individuals only under <strong>IDFC</strong>-CF, <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF-ST & <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF-<br />

LT with a minimum application amount of Rs 1 crore and above. A Super Institutional Plan (Plan C) is available for investment by non individuals only<br />

under <strong>IDFC</strong>-CF & <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF-ST with a minimum application amount of Rs 10 crore and above.<br />

Investment Objective: <strong>IDFC</strong>-CF is an open-ended income fund with an objective to generate optimal returns with high liquidity by investing in high<br />

quality money market and debt instruments. <strong>IDFC</strong>-LM & <strong>IDFC</strong>-LMP: To seeking to provide high liquidity by investing in a portfolio of money market<br />

instruments and debt instruments. Whilst the scheme would endeavour to provide high liquidity to the investors, the surplus funds will be invested to<br />

deliver reasonable returns. There can be no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realised. <strong>IDFC</strong>-FRF is an open-ended income<br />

scheme seeking to generate stable returns with a low risk strategy by creating a portfolio that is substantially invested in good quality floating rate debt<br />

or money market instruments, fixed rate debt or money market instruments swapped for floating returns and fixed rate debt and money market<br />

instruments. <strong>IDFC</strong>-ASBF is an open-ended fund of funds scheme seeking to generate optimal returns with high liquidity by active management of the<br />

portfolio, by investing predominantly in debt oriented mutual fund schemes and money market instruments.<br />

Scheme specific risk of <strong>IDFC</strong>-ASBF: The Scheme will invest in a basket of 100% debt schemes. Hence the performance of the scheme would depend<br />

upon the performance of the underlying schemes. This being a <strong>Fund</strong> of <strong>Fund</strong>s scheme, the investors are bearing the recurring expenses of the<br />

underlying schemes.<br />
