Six Dimensional Learning: <strong><strong>KSR</strong>CT</strong> Faculty have developed a unique methodology to<br />
nurture innate competence <strong>of</strong> students in the are<strong>as</strong> <strong>of</strong> Intelligent Quotient, Emotional<br />
Quotient, P<strong>as</strong>sion Quotient, Contemporary Quotient and Spiritual Quotient and Lateral<br />
Quotient.<br />
In addition to the rigorous learning process, students get exposure to the practical world<br />
through interaction with pr<strong>of</strong>essionals periodically.<br />
Current concepts and practices are introduced to students by way <strong>of</strong> value added<br />
courses such <strong>as</strong> .net, J2EE, Embedded systems, CCNA, E-Magic etc.<br />
A special course on English Communication is designed and administered by English<br />
Department.
Regular courses on improving aptitude skills are conducted by experienced faculty.<br />
For a group <strong>of</strong> 15-20 students, a faculty is fixed <strong>as</strong> their mentor. Students are advised<br />
and <strong>as</strong>sisted in solving their problems both academic and non-academic. Mentor follows<br />
up the progress <strong>of</strong> the students, maintains students pr<strong>of</strong>ile and guides them to make<br />
improvements in their performance.<br />
Guest and visiting faculty are contributed to enrich the quality <strong>of</strong> the core courses and<br />
electives <strong>of</strong>fered to the students.<br />
Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance<br />
In every subject periodical tests are conducted at the end <strong>of</strong> every unit. In addition<br />
terminal and model examinations are conducted. <strong>The</strong> internal <strong>as</strong>sessment marks are<br />
awarded b<strong>as</strong>ed on these tests. Retests are conducted for failed students <strong>as</strong> well <strong>as</strong> for<br />
students who absent themselves for some re<strong>as</strong>on.<br />
Every cl<strong>as</strong>s h<strong>as</strong> a cl<strong>as</strong>s advisor in charge for attendance that will monitor the participation<br />
<strong>of</strong> students in regular cl<strong>as</strong>ses and other Programmes.<br />
Mark lists and attendance are sent to the parents periodically.<br />
Weak students are identified and suitable action to improve their performance is taken<br />
periodically.<br />
Misbehaved students are identified and counseled.<br />
After the announcement <strong>of</strong> semester results, remedial courses are conducted for the<br />
failed students.<br />
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance<br />
During the mid semester, feedback from the students is obtained on institutional<br />
governance and faculty performance on every subject. Necessary remedial action is<br />
being taken.<br />
Grievance redressed mechanism for faculty, staff and students<br />
Students are encouraged to express their grievance to the Cl<strong>as</strong>s Advisor / Counselor /<br />
Head <strong>of</strong> the Department / Head <strong>of</strong> the Institution / Management Representative.<br />

/ Head <strong>of</strong> the Institution / Management Representative.<br />
Every month Departmental Review Meeting (DRM) is conducted where in these<br />
grievances are addressed in addition to regular response.<br />
A suggestion boxes are provided to facilitate students, staff and faculty to make<br />
suggestion in writing.
