Shannon International River Basin District Rivers Report 2009 Brown trout ranged in length from 6.9cm to 19.4cm (Fig. 4.25). Two age classes (0+ and 1+) were present, accounting for approximately 69% and 31% of the total brown trout catch respectively. Mean brown trout L1 was 7.4cm (Appendix 1). Flounder ranged in length from 3.5cm to 9.9cm (Fig. 4.26).
