The character of the immediate surrounding area and the impact of any development on it should be taken into consideration. Any proposed
development should be similar to the neighbouring environment and have the same proportion of garden space. With a high density of
dwellings in this area there is little scope for large scale development. None should impact on the open space of Furzeham Green, consisting of
three component parts, higher, middle and lower green, and its leisure facilities or on the two statutory allotment gardens in this area.
