To claim your offer, simply print off this form, fill in
your details and then post to the address below
to arrive no later than the 16th February 2013.

of purchase and European Guarantee Document

How will I receive
my cashback
We’ll be sending your cashback to you on a pre-paid
VISA card. Full instructions for immediate use will be
included with your card. Your pre-paid VISA card
will arrive within 28 days of us receiving your form,
pre-loaded with your cashback amount. There’s no
set up or registration – it’s ready to use anywhere
that accepts VISA.

1. The promoter of DI Cashback with Sony (the
“Promotion”) is Sony Europe Limited (“Sony”)
based at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge,
Surrey KT13 0XW. Please do not send claim forms
to this address.
2. You should note that there are different qualifying
and closing dates for this Promotion depending on
the type of Sony product that you have purchased
and wish to claim Cashback on. Further details are
set out in sections 3 and 4 below. Please read
these sections and the rest of the terms and
conditions carefully.
How to Claim
3. If you have purchased any of the following
a/NEX products:
CAMERAS – NEX-F3, NEX-7, a37, a57, a65
LENSES – SAL75300, SAL55200, SAL50F18,
SAL35F18, SAL30M28, SAL85F28, SEL55210,
SEL50F18, SEL30M35, SEL18200
from an authorised Sony dealer located in the UK
and Republic of Ireland between 17th October 2012
and 16th January 2013 (inclusive) then you are
entitled to submit a claim for Cashback.
If you purchased camera NEX-5R from an authorised
Sony dealer based in the UK and Republic of Ireland
between 29th November 2012 and 16th January
2013 (inclusive) then you are entitled to submit
a claim for cashback.
4. If you have purchased any of the following
Cyber-shot /Handycam ® products:
CAMERAS - DSC-WX100, DSC-WX150, DSC-HX10V,
DSC-HX20V, DSC-HX200V, DSC-RX100.
CAMCORDERS - HDR-PJ200, HDR-CX250, HDR-PJ260,
HDR-GW55, HDR-CX570, HDR-CX730, HDR-TD20
from an authorised Sony dealer located in the UK
and Republic of Ireland between 17th October 2012
and 24th December 2012 (inclusive) then you are
entitled to submit a claim for Cashback.
5. Regardless of the type of Sony product that you are
claiming for please send your completed claim form,
together with your original printed sales receipt
and European Guarantee Information Document
(where supplied with your Sony product) to claim
your Cashback to: Cashback with Sony,
PO Box 100, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1SY.
All claim forms submitted in respect of the
Cashback promotion should be received by
midnight on 16th February 2013. No claim forms
will be accepted after this date.
Note that successful claimants will have their
Cashback provided on a Prepaid VISA Card
from Sony.
6. All Sony products are subject to availability.
7. The Cashback is only available on Sony products
which have been supplied and distributed by Sony
to its authorised dealers within the UK and Republic
of Ireland. Please check with your dealer to ensure
your Sony product is eligible and that the retailer
is an authorised dealer before purchasing to
avoid disappointment.
8. A claim for Cashback cannot be validly made in
respect of a Sony product where a customer returns
it to the retailer and receives a full refund.
9. Only claim forms accompanied by original printed
sales receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts
or photocopies of original sales receipts will not be
accepted. We suggest you make copies of all
documents before posting them and send claims
via ‘recorded signed for’ or ‘registered’ post.
10. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of
receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim
forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
11. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void,
as will claim forms not completed in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions.
12. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your Prepaid
Card from Sony. Where we are unable to meet this
deadline then we will do so as quickly as possible
thereafter. Your original printed sales receipt and
European Guarantee Information Document (where
supplied with your product) will be returned to you at
the same time. Should your Prepaid Card from Sony
not arrive or should there be a problem with your
Prepaid Card from on receipt please call the hotline
on 0845 504 8939.
13. The Cashback will be provided on a Prepaid Card
from Sony and can only be issued to addresses
within the UK or Republic of Ireland.
14. It is the responsibility of the claimant to take good
care of the Prepaid Card from Sony and use it
whilst it is still valid. No replacement will be issued.
The documents which accompany your Prepaid
Card from Sony contain further details.
General
15. We reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse
payment of the Cashback where we suspect that
any false or fraudulent claim is being made or where
a claim has been made which does not comply
with these terms.
16. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion at any
time without notice. All Cashback offers are subject
to availability. Sony reserves the right to substitute
any of the offers for products or services of equivalent
status and value as necessary.
17. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with
any other promotion.
18. There is no credit, cash or product alternative to the
payment of a Cashback.

of these Terms and Conditions.
