commission is not there and it is under the general provision, there is something missing and we will rectify. But most of the
commissioners are only appointed by the President after approval by parliament itself. So that some of the Commissioners who
are dealing under the Public Service or Judicial Service or Electoral Commission, the names are proposed to parliament, the
parliament approves and then gives to the Parliament, the President signs. But I will check again. But it is supposed to be an
independent Commission, both 8 Commissioners and they are not appointed by the President. The appointment in this
particular case is ceremonial but they are actually approved by parliament. So it should be a much better Commission than
