RM of Springfield Growth
Assumptions
• Our population increases by 375 people per year.
• 125 new homes built in 2008.
• Total new taxes = the combined growth in municipal taxes and per
capita grants.
• Oakbank being one ward receives 20% of the budget allocation.
• 80% balance. Figures are based on no tax increases over twenty
years and no new commercial or industrial municipal taxes added.
