Social Worker
Astor Services for Children & Families seeks a Social
Worker for our Residential Treatment Facility in Rhinebeck.
Candidate will provide services to children and families on assigned
caseloads including direct supportive treatment services
appropriate to meeting the needs in the case and helping the
client get connected to other needed services. Serves as a
liaison with the family and with outside agencies; works as a
member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of a
psychiatrist, psychologist, special education teacher as well as
nursing and direct care staff.
Requirements: LMSW and eligibility for the NY State licensing.

serves the Washington Heights and Inwood communities. All NMIC
services are bilingual in English and Spanish.
NMIC seeks an experienced domestic violence/family law attorney
to join its Legal Services Department and NMIC’s Domestic Violence
Project (DVP), an interdisciplinary team of social workers and legal professionals
who assist low income victims of intimate partner violence.
Requires representation in Family Court and Integrated Domestic
Violence Court; filing DV-based immigration petitions; advocacy in
other civil law areas as needed, representing the project at various
meetings; conducting training seminars; providing consultations and
technical assistance; advise in matrimonial matters; and referrals for
other services.
Applicants must be admitted in NYS and have relevant litigation experience.
Spanish language ability is required. Experience in other areas
of legal services/public interest law practice a plus.

WAIVER SERVICE PROVIDER

BRIDGES TO HEALTH (B2H)
The Waiver Service Provider Coordinator (WSPC)
works collaboratively with the B2H WSP Administrative
Team in the recruitment and screening of Waiver Service
Providers (WSPs) for the Bridges to Health program.
The WSPC will schedule and track WSPs participation in
required trainings. The WSPC will coordinate and match
WSPs with children and their families based on interest,
commonalities and scheduling. The WSPC will work in
conjuction with the WSP Administrative Supervisor in providing
ongoing supervision to all WSPs to ensure quality
services for the B2H program. The WSPC will review and
ensure that all agency, ACS and OCFS mandates have
been met.
Qualifications, skills and abilities:
MSW preferred, Solid organizational skills, Knowledgeable
with Microsoft Office, Bilingual preferred, Flexible
work schedule, Must have good interpersonal skills and
be able to work with people from various demographics.
