5. AVAILABLE LOCAL ORDINANCES RELATED TO AIR POLLUTION OFTEN ONLY FOCUS ON MOBILE SOURCES OF AIR POLLUTION. RECOMMENDATION: 1. For DENR and DILG to encourage LCP, LMP and PCL, to come up with local ordinance that will address all sources of air pollution.
COMMITMENT: • Convene annually the local ENROs to enhance their capability in implementing devolved environment functions. • Encourage the creation of ENROS and ASBUs at the local level thru the Regional Environment Ambassadors • Establish partnerships and mobilize other sectors in the implementation of AQM activities
