Under the state public records law, lists <strong>of</strong> indivdiuals may not be used for any commercial purposes [R.C.W. 42.56.070 (9)]. Therefore, the<br />
names and addresses <strong>of</strong> individuals, including sole proprietors and partnerships, contained in this document may not be compiled and used<br />
for any commercial purpose.<br />
"Commercial purpose" means using or intending to use infomration for the purpose <strong>of</strong> facilitating a pr<strong>of</strong>it-expecting business activity.<br />
