The Friendship Meet<br />
With UAS<br />
and ISC<br />
The friendship meet is a tournament that encourages us to meet new people,<br />
make new friends and overall have fun. And thanks to the amazing bond<br />
between the <strong>Lincoln</strong> and other internacional schools around South America we<br />
were able to play sports, and even better, make friends. The Internacional School<br />
of Curitiba, and the Uruguay American School both came and we had a great<br />
time. The sports that we played in the Friendship Meet were basketball and soccer.<br />
Also, the school organized a trip to Snack Bowling. We all went and had a<br />
great time. The Curitiba kids and coaches left early on saturday morning, to go<br />
home, but the Uruguayans stayed to play a mixed match with the <strong>Lincoln</strong> athletes.<br />
Overall, it was a great success, and i hope that <strong>Lincoln</strong> doesn’t stop doing<br />
it. As an eight grader, it was an amazing experience and I’ll never forget it because<br />
it is one that I will cherish forever. You make new friends and play sports,<br />
and overall, have fun. I just want to say thank you to everyone who made this experience<br />
possible for all of us.
