Increase in the number of benefits in 2011, with a reduction in the amount of money due to improvement in the control and
management of the process, which led to better service for the employees in the use of their benefits through the Teguío platform.
Training and Development
In training, the hours-person average-year indicator was
raised from 41 to 54, with a significant increase in training
events. Also recorded was a significant increase of 46.31%
in informal education, including attendance to courses,
seminars and graduates, inter alia, due to interest in the
various areas by update of knowledge associated with
objectives.
As to the development of skills, outstanding was the
measurement of managing skills and organizational skills,
and the realization of leadership programs, management of
people, strategic thinking and planning and follow-up.
In 2011, 159 persons had modifications in their employment
contracts changing position by selection processes and 38 by
promotion.
