The following candidates in the “WAITING LIST”, prepared on the
basis of the Entrance Examination conducted on 28 th Oct. 2012 are
hereby invited to get admitted to the Coaching Prog. for Civil Services
Examination-2013 run by the ACEC. They are advised to come to ACEC,
YASHADA, Pune during the period from 26 th to 30 th Nov. 2012 (excluding
28 th Nov. 2012) with all requisite documents & get admitted as soon as
possible.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION
................................................................................................................................
1. All candidates who have declared selected by the Govt Appointed
Selection Committee for the Coaching Programme-CSE-Prelims-2013 are
requested to take admission between 26 th Nov. to 30 th Nov. 2012 only
excluding 28 th Nov. 2012
After 30 th Nov. 2012 any claim on any ground for admission will NOT be
considered.
2. In case any selected candidate is not interested to join the Centre on
any ground, he/ she must convey in writing to Director, ACEC-YASHADA
before 30 th Nov. 2012 as early as possible. So, next candidate can avail
that opportunity.
3. Selected Candidates has to fill-up prescribed ‘Admission Form’ &
submit it at the time of the Admission. Recent Photo must be fixed on
“Application Form” which will be attested by any Govt gazetted Officer.

4.Selected Candidates will have to submit the following original
documents during Admission. Attested Photocopies of all documents
given below is also to be attached along with the ‘Application Form’.
a) 1 st Degree/ PG Certificate
b) Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate
c) Proof of belonging to “Minority”
d) Domicile Certificate, Birth Certificate/ SSC Certificate, School Leaving
Certificate
e) Latest Creamy Layer Certificate (candidates whom it is applicable) f)
Certificate/s related Disability from issued by competent Authority

g) Photo Identity Proof(Election Card, Pan card, Driving License etc.)
h) Four Recent Passport size Color Photographs
I) “Character Certificate” (from Principal /HoD/ MLA or any Govt.
gazzeted Officer )
j) Valid Residential Proof (Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Election Card/
Voter ID, Tel. Bill)
k) Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) as refundable Deposit. Only
Cheque (in the name of “Hon. Director General, YASHADA, Pune” will
be accepted.
5) Candidates are advised to read carefully the document of Undertaking
and Sign it & give to the Center while taking Admission.
6) Selected Candidates will be given Hostel / Accommodation on the
same day of Admission. Hence, candidates are requested to come with
preparation & Luggage.
