Our SkyLine ® systems package 50 years of air traffic expertise
into a single comprehensive solution — a robust solution
reflecting the adaptability, longevity and fail-safe operation
of Lockheed Martin offerings. SkyLine air traffic management
systems are currently deployed in Taiwan, Kazakhstan, South
Korea, New Zealand, Albania, China and Uzbekistan. The fifth
generation system is:

towers, terminals and air traffic control centers of any size,
letting you add new radar, sectors or other units as required.

Surveillance Data Processing
A SkyLine system offers accurate tracking of aircraft from all
types of surveillance data inputs:
• Works successfully with all major global radar sensors
• Has automatic dependent surveillance processing capability
for broadcast (ADS-B) and point-to-point communications
• Receives and processes multilateration surveillance data
• Seamlessly integrates multiple surveillance sources into a
single tracked target for display
• Provides plotting tool for immediate documentation of aircraft
track history

• All standard SSR code alerting (radio failure, hijack,

• Conformance alerts deviations from planned flight plan

separation and collision (STCA)

Flight Data Processing
A SkyLine system provides real-time trajectory models and conformance
monitoring with full automation of flight plan handling
and coordination. Features include:
• Flight plan route expansion and 4D trajectory modeling
• Automatic posting and management of electronic flight data
lists and e-strips
• Fully integrated ICAO 2012 support, including backwards
compatible with adjacent FIRs
• Automatic insertion of standard instrument departures (SIDs)
and standard terminal arrival route procedures (STARs)
• Standardized message protocols for exchanging information
between neighboring flight information regions
• Automation of intersector and interunit coordination
• Graphical flow control and controller workload analysis

• Remote tower operations through low bandwidth communications
to the main center
• Display recording and playback, synchronous with audio replay
• Proven simulation system, which enables multiple simultaneous

offline for staged loading of new software for replays or to
run simulation
