Calm<br />

Conditioning classes are primarily aimed at improving<br />

strength and muscle tone as well as providing<br />

cardiovascular benefits. Classes may include the use of<br />

resistance equipment and weights.<br />

Develop your body and mind with a Calming class. These<br />

classes help improve flexibility through stretching, balance,<br />

posture and breathing. They can also help relieve stress<br />

through the use of meditation techniques.<br />
