Established in Hobart in 1846, Hutchins is an Anglican Day and Boarding school 

for boys from Kindergarten – Year 12 and accepts international boarding students 

from Year 7. Hutchins has a magnificent and extensive campus overlooking the 

Derwent River in the capital city, Hobart. Hutchins is a highly academic school 

and students consistently produce the state’s highest scores. It boasts 126 Oxford
