GNSS (RNAV) instrument approach and departure procedures for Runway 31<br />
are available for use unrestricted.<br />
GNSS (RNAV) Instrument approach procedure to Runway 13 is limited to day<br />
VMC operation only, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Aircraft equipped with<br />
Ground proximity warning system equipment (GPWS) will normally receive a
Ground proximity warning when transiting between SIANF (Final Approach Fix)<br />
and SIANM (Missed Approach Fix) due to terrain when established on a GNSS<br />
Approach to Runway 13. Pilots to exercise caution.<br />

VSM to RVSM on 0809250001 utc. All aircraft operating within Seychelles FIR will:<br />
1) submit a FPL stating the RVSM status at least one hour (1 hr) before their<br />
flight.<br />
2) Select level in accordance to the Flight Level Allocation system (FLAS)<br />
West Bound (180°- 359°) FL 400, FL 380, FL 360, FL 340, FL 320, FL 300.<br />
East Bound: (000°- 179°) FL 410, FL 390, FL 370, FL 350, FL 330, FL 310,<br />
FL 290.<br />
IMPORTANT: FL 310, 350, 390 are not to be used 2 hrs before and after switch<br />
over, i.e. (0809242200- 0809250200 utc). As suspension of RVSM is determined<br />
by level of Turbulence, pilots are to provide routine Air- Reports over mandatory<br />
reporting points.<br />
