ITB PURPOSE AND TERM
The intent and purpose of this ITB is for the Authority to
hire a Contractor to provide all labor, supervision,
materials, repair parts, supplies, tools, diagnostic
equipment, manuals/schematics and any and all other
items and services necessary or proper for, or incidental
to, performing on-site maintenance and repair for
elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters.
The term of this Contract will commence on April 1, 2013
and terminate 5 years later on March 31, 2018.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications have been established
as a basis for determining the eligibility of each
response. A response will be considered non-
responsive and will not be evaluated unless
sufficient documentation is provided to
determine whether the Contractor meets the
minimum qualifications.

insurance requirements.
In summary, minimum insurance
requirements are:
– $100K / $500K / $100K Workers’ comp
– $1 million General Liability
– $1 million Auto Liability
