Although it's much quicker and easier to order our recordings online for download or on CD, you can also fill out this
form and send it to us, either by printing and posting or by signing and saving the completed form on your PC and e-
mailing the saved PDF file to us - you should see a Sign option to the top right of the Adobe Reader screen.
You should fill in the form to show catalogue number and title as shown in our catalogue, together with your full card
and address details. If you wish to order recordings with Ambient Stereo processing (at no additional cost) please put
an X in the box provided. Ambient Stereo (where applicable) is our own preferred option.
CDs () cost €14 each, with doubles () at €28, triples () at €42 and quadruples () at €56. Un-boxed discs,
delivered in plain slip-covers can be ordered without covers and cases at €10 each (covers can be viewed, downloaded and printed
out on our website). Please put an X in the box below if you prefer not to have covers and cases included. Shipping costs are detailed
below and are dependent on order subtotal.
