Convention Opening and Keynote Speaker 58th Annual Convention Opening and Keynote Presentation: The 58th Annual IFEA Convention & Expo gets off to a memorable and musical start as we strike up the band with Pittsburgh’s own River City Brass, under the direction of world-renowned Scottish conductor and tuba soloist James Gourlay. From California to New York; Australia to Italy; Festivals to Carnegie Hall; the River City Brass present a sweeping repertoire that includes Big Band swing and jazz; music from Hollywood to Broadway; classical and contemporary masterworks; and traditional marches.
