In the event that the proposal to be made at the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting were accepted, direct
shareholder return in the form of 2007 dividends would amount to EUR 1.75 per share, in two payments: an
initial interim divided of a gross EUR 0.75 per share, paid on 15 January 2007, and a complementary dividend
of EUR 1 per share representing 38.8% of the earnings per share in 2007. The dividend yield for shareholders
at the 2007 year-end closing price stood at 4.31%.
