internationally renowned Japanese architect<br />
Tange Associates and its innovative, quartzlike<br />
façade makes it stand out in the busy<br />
Nanjing Road West of Jingan District. Upon<br />
scheduled completion in the fourth quarter<br />
of 2013, it will have a total gross floor<br />
area of approximately 700,000 square feet<br />
comprising a 22-storey Grade-A office tower<br />
