Spare Part Management
The right part, at the right time, in the right place.
Because without the right spare part not even the
expert can repair it. That’s why the employees of
Reditech Spare Parts Management keep the relevant
items available for the asking in stock and assure that
they get to the appointed place as fast as possible.
The capacities - whether it’s for a product, a product
group or a complete brand - can all be individually
designed, such as the type of spare part distribution,
which ranges from the use of internal repair lines
through to looking after public web shops. But
regardless of how the decision is taken - the individual
spare part always arrives as ordered.
Multi-stores capability. Taking where-used one step
further, a multi-stores capability enables an
enterprise-wide view of spare parts inventory that is
stored at more than one warehouse or off site by a
third party. In a multi-plant environment or when
maintenance departments are distributed, visibility
into inventory at the various storerooms permits
monitoring of parts availability and service-level
agreements across the enterprise as a whole or on an
individual basis.
Lean manufacturing is a similar concept with a
broader scope. Lean manufacturing means doing
more with less, cutting time to market, and eliminating
unnecessary processes. This impacts maintenance
and the storeroom by stressing improved efficiencies,
better planning, and reduced costs╛and running an
operation with far less inventory.
A comprehensive lean manufacturing program can be
costly to implement, but a number of steps can be
taken to support lean inventory levels. EAM inventory
analysis tools, catalog management, and automatic
replenishment can be used to reduce on-hand
inventories, track where individual items are used,
how they are used, and where they are stored, so that
inventory maintained is matched to inventory needed.
Software Development is more than sitting in front of a PC
Industry Software
We understand software as a product made out individually for our customers and as a component of
a comprehensive service for this appertain as a matter of course in addition to the actual software
preparation (realization) delivery specification preparation, simulation, initiation, documentation,
education as well as maintenance and software care.
Delivery specification preparation
Delivery specification preparation what must achieve the software to be made out? Which hardware,
which operating system environment is planned? How does communication occur with other systems?
- we elaborate delivery specifications detailed together with our customers and consider current
technologies with it with the destination of an economical, reliable and efficient solution.
Realization
Realization the long-standing experience with "mission-critical"-applications has for us utmost care
during the software preparation for the most supreme commandment are able be been. In many of
the projects implemented by us, malfunctions of software would be able to cause costs those exceed
the price of the software preparation by a multiple (e.g. in the case of flow of materials controls or
test systems) or they would represent a danger cook (e.g. in the case of driver rid transport systems
or in the case of PERSONNEL DATA ENTRY Systems).
Simulation
Simulation an often considerable part of the overhead is allotted to simulations. Here, it essentially is
a question of the software-specific copy from external computer systems those communicate with our
applications, analogous or digital inputs/outputs in the case of control or control tasks or simple way
around the intense manual service of the programmed user interface by conscious inclusion every
conceivable wrong operation. These simulations are a completely necessary component of software
development either already at the beginning or they are used for the final functional test immediately
before initiation.
Initiation
Initiation the software systems implemented by us normally require an initiation on site. In addition to
a good preparation for our part, we also consider at a perfect vote it important in sense of a smooth
and swift carrying out with the customer. We e.g. in time clarify questions about appropriation of
hardware through the customer and according to required presence of specialists of the customer. If
one becomes initiation outside of the normal working time, therefore requested e.g. in the night or at
weekends, this represents no problem for us as a matter of course. After an application then was for
the first time taken under real conditions in operation, we immediately attempt, in the narrow dialog
with our customer the quality of our solution however, also that initially the delivery specification as a
basis assumptions to verify. Recognition we then defy good preparation and simulation that a sub
function should be modified even if she actual duties notebook-appropriate implemented was, do we
lead these adaptations swiftly, obligingly and if possible direct on site through.
Documentation
Kind and extent of documentation made out by us vary depending on project very strongly. From the
short operating instructions up to the full maintenance manual, the completely annotated source texts
and e.g. the description of all database tables, everything is possible. We are always troubled in the
delivery specification around clear determination of the documentation volume and reasonable
propositions make our customer into kind and extent of the documentation of the respective project.
Training
Industry Software
We carry out education mostly immediately after initiation at the request of education. Kind and
volume vary too here very strongly. While a short briefing is often sufficient e.g. in the case of a single
control without operator interface, we would pass through too increase day education after initiation
of e.g. a stacking machine control system, with which we the education program then additional still
after target audiences (e.g. stacking machine driver, operating personnel coordination post, system
administrator) differentiate.
Maintenance and software care
Maintenance and software care the best insurance as is generally known, is that that one never needs
- the putative contradiction can be explained in this sense, that on the one hand we recommend the
end of individual maintenance and software care contracts during crucial applications, that errors
those oblige by contract us for an immediate reflex did however on the other hand virtually not occur
up to now. Therefore, we do not see the maintenance agreement as a urgent assumption but an
option for especially crucial cases of application in which our customer requires a lacing statement
about our reaction time. A furnishings desirable from our point of view always represent teleservicing.
In the case of standard operating systems such as Windows NETWORK TERMINAL moreover quite
simple and economically realizable, allow she a fast diagnosis or an update of software without loss of
time through long journeys or the dispatch of storage media.
