SCHOLARSHIP/RESEARCH/SPONSORED FUNDING
My overall research focus is to examine factors that can influence learning and performance
in different organizational settings and situations. These include (a) understanding factors
(learner characteristics, training design, and work factors) that impact transfer of learning in
training settings; (b) exploring the role of human resource development in organizational
crisis management, with specific emphasis on crisis training and organizational redesign
and learning; and, (c) identifying design and facilitation strategies that support learner
satisfaction, engagement, and learning in e-learning settings.
