INTRODUCTION<br />

Welcome to <strong>BMC</strong> <strong>HealthNet</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> (the <strong>Plan</strong>)! This <strong>Member</strong> handbook will help you understand<br />

the benefits and Covered Services you get as a <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>Member</strong>. It will also explain how to contact<br />

us if you have any questions.<br />

You can call <strong>BMC</strong> <strong>HealthNet</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>’s <strong>Member</strong> services department to have a Spanish version<br />

of this <strong>Member</strong> handbook sent to you. Or, call to have this <strong>Member</strong> handbook read<br />

to you in any language. All written materials sent to <strong>Member</strong>s are available in Spanish.<br />

They can also be read to you in any language. Call the <strong>Member</strong> services department at<br />

the number at the bottom of each page:<br />

• For copies of materials in Spanish<br />

• For oral (spoken) translations into other languages<br />

• To have written materials read to you<br />

• To receive a copy of this <strong>Member</strong> handbook in braille, large font or to request<br />

American Sign Language video clips.<br />

All translation services for <strong>Member</strong>s are free of charge.<br />
