Document archiving • Digitalised up to delivery – our document management system (DMS) • In the central DMS-archive approx. 180.000 physical and electronical document-pages are processed every day. • Since the beginning of our DMS-solution in 2001, 227.000.000 pages have been archived, which are available online. • Revision-safe online document archiving / digital document archive. • All documents and glossaries are available online for 10 years. • Customer access to several customer numbers with only one log-in. • Archiving of customer specified documents. • Sending of the documents via fax and e-mail. • Archive-extract available on CD-ROM.
