What is important to us:<br />

<strong>KNOLL</strong> has its focus firmly on the future. In September, 24 young people started their apprenticeships at <strong>KNOLL</strong>. 15 industrial<br />

mechanics, 1 machining mechanic, 5 electronics engineers, 1 draughtswoman, 1 industrial manager <strong>and</strong> 1 IT specialist. One of the key<br />

pillars of the company‘s growth strategy is a high training quotient <strong>and</strong> first-class quality of training. Every tenth<br />

employee of <strong>KNOLL</strong> is a trainee. <strong>KNOLL</strong> has self-trained nearly 40% of its current workforce. Many management positions up to the<br />

departmental head are filled by „home-grown“ staff. The first trainee began his apprenticeship as a machinist in 1976 <strong>and</strong> today is a<br />

group supervisor in the mechanical design department.<br />
