hanging ceilings, eye-level wall mounting for 

entrances, search cubicles, sorting glove boxes and

INDIVIDUAL PIXEL SAMPLING 

The E-ULTRA-4000F camera utilises a hi-tech 

method of image exposure. With normal CCD 

cameras, pixels are sampled simultaneously. The 

net results being certain parts of the image are 

too bright or too dark. With the technology used 

in the E-ULTRA-4000F, each pixel is sampled 

individually. An A/D converter is incorporated 

within each pixel. The A/D converter translates 

the light signal into a digital image at the 

immediate point of capture. In other words, each 

pixel is in reality an individual camera. Good 

quality images are thus provided in situations of 

great contrasts in light, i.e. bright and dark light 

in one picture. 

APPLICATIONS 

Typical applications for this camera include 

covering entry points/ exits leading to direct 

sunlight and any situation where bright or dark 

light is affecting your camera’s image. In a 

doorway situation when a normal camera is 

used, the background of the image (i.e. the 

outside) is bright and the person walking through 

the door is very dark. 

It is also useful in situations where bright light is 

reflecting off objects causing blooming of the 

image. The exposure mode can be set as 

automatic or configured to a custom setting to 

suit the exact environment.

Both are constructed of a solid billet of 

aluminium, the units are IP67 weatherproof

Our E-M8DVR features a new upgraded 160GB HDD. This 

DVR is the ideal recorder for applications which have 

space-restrictions and require a small recorder with motion 

activated recording for 100 hours or more. The DVR also has 

3.5” LCD video monitor for live display or playback. 

Configurable in the menu, the user can also configure 

the DVR for schedule activated recording, or 

continuous recording. Users have the option of 

recording to the internal HDD or to an SD card which 

can be inserted. Typically on the internal HDD with 

the power supply connected, users can get 5~6 days.

recorder with GPS tracking. Designed for vehicle and mobile

and a VGA or PAL/NTSC video monitor output. Unlike other DVRs, these 

units feature 25 fps real-time recording and monitoring per channel. 

Several recording modes can be chosen from including continuous, 

manual or event recording (alarm or motion). A covert mode, allows one to 

record a camera without letting the standard user from viewing that 

particular camera. When using Motion Detection, the installer is able to 

defi ne motion detection blocks.

up via the USB slot. Video can also be played back directly on the DVR at 

various speeds, inreverse or forward and in quad or single camera mode. 

The E-P4-MOBI-2is very suited to applications which require large amounts 

of video to betransferred from the camera location to the playback location. 

This is possible through the aid of the unit’s removable SATA HDD which 

can be removed and replayed on another DVR or through a customer’s

Remote networking is supported allowing transmission of video over TCP/ 

IP. Each DVR comes included with remote networking software, as well

COFDM MULTI-PATH TRANSMISSION 

Our COFDM wireless products provide wireless transmission of video signals in areas of operation 

previously thought impossible. They also provide continous 25fps video signals without video break-up. These 

products are based on COFDM wireless technology which is a multi-path RF discipline where the signal is split 

into two thousand wireless carriers. With normal analog wireless transmission one relies on a single carrier 

(hence the picture break-up normally associated with ananalog wireless technology). 

The benefit of this multi-path technology is that it means the video and audio can be transmitted from body-worn

The four channel receiver is available as a 19” rack mount model or a unit suitable for mounting in an outdoor

INTRODUCTION 

The E-COFDM-RX-1CH and E-COFDM-RX-4CH are rugged one channel and four 

channel receivers for wireless reception of video and audio from our range of COFDM 

transmitters. 

DUAL DIVERSITY ANTENNA RECEPTION 

Featuing dual antenna connections as standard, the E-COFDM-RX-1CH comes included 

with two N-type antenna omni-directional antennas. Other antennas are available on 

request. The 4ch model has quad diversity and connetions for four antennas.

The first is the built-in test pattern generator
