the SC Cottbus Turnen e.V. cordially invite you to the
2. International Tournament in Trampolin Gymnastics
“Gymcity-Open“ on 11 th May 2013 in Cottbus.
Besides the “Turnier der Meister®” and the eG Wohnen JuniorsTrophy in Artistic Gymnastics
we would like to emphasize a special Trampolin- Gymnastics accent and we expect promising
Trampolin-Gymnasts from many countries in Europe and overseas to a sportive comparison.
This tournament has been registered as usual by the German Gymnastics Federation DTB.
The competition format of our Trampolin Gymnastics tournament will be as follows:
Execution: relevant Code of Points with ToF

- Finals*
*If no starter of the host club qualify for a respective finals, the host club has the possibility to use a
"wild card" to name a starter.

The work plan will be sent to the participating federations / clubs 2 weeks before the
competitions by e-mail.
Provisional registration:
12 th April 2013 by e-mail
With notifiacation to the competition the club / federation confirmed the possession of a valid
starting-licence
Definitive and Nominative registration:
19 th April 2013 by e-mail
All messages shall be sent only to the e-mail or fax address! Only a correctly completed application
form is a confirmation by e-mail!
Finances: The OC will charge a fee of 15,00 € per competitor
The fine for a missing judge (min. B-Licence) is 25,00 € per competitor
The fine for a late registration is
25,00 € per competitor
Insurance: for the insurance of the participants, each club / federation is
responsible
Accommodation: hotel recommendations – see the appendix
The OC will charge a fee of 10.00 € per person and night for every member
of the delegation (selfservice -air mattress, sleeping bag- in gymhall). The
breakfast is + 5,00 € per person.
The payment can be made by bank transfer in advance (see below) or
directly to the OC right before the competition in cash.

Travelling:
The invited participating club / federation must pay for the travel costs of
their delegation members. For the international guests we recommend the
airports Berlin and Dresden. The local transportation from the airports and
between the hotel and venue will be provided at no extra cost to the
international delegations.
