此 課 程 預 備 學 員 考 取 『 認 可 財 務 會 計 員 資 格 』(Accredited Accounting Technician - AAT) 資 格 。 課 程 共 分 8 科 。
出 席 率 達 70% 或 以 上 之 學 員 , 於 各 科 完 結 時 將 參 加 校 內 考 試 。 校 內 考 試 合 格 , 將 獲 頒 香 港 管 理 專 業 協 會 簽 發 有
關 科 目 證 書 乙 張 。 學 員 於 最 長 3 年 內 集 齊 全 部 科 目 單 科 證 書 獲 香 港 管 理 專 業 協 會 另 外 簽 發 『 會 計 學 文 憑 』。

合 香 港 及 中 國 內 地 市 場 需 要 。 協 會 舉 辦 『 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』 旨 在 提 供 一 套 切 合 香 港 社 會 需 要 的 會 計 教 育 及
考 試 制 度 , 讓 本 地 學 生 有 機 會 通 過 考 試 , 繼 而 進 一 步 符 合 香 港 會 計 師 公 會 的 其 他 要 求 , 獲 取 更 高 的 專 業 認

『 認 可 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』(Accredited Accounting Technician(AAT) Examination) 報 考 資 格 :
凡 年 滿 十 六 歲 者 均 可 申 請 加 入 香 港 財 務 會 計 協 會 有 限 公 司 (HKIAAT), 成 為 HKIAAT 註 冊 學 生 及 報 考 『 認
可 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』。 學 員 完 成 專 業 會 計 員 考 試 後 , 將 獲 HKIAAT 頒 發 證 書 。 協 會 畢 業 生 在 完 成 HKIAAT 認
可 的 專 業 晉 階 考 試 、 基 礎 課 程 或 會 計 學 學 位 課 程 後 , 可 申 請 成 為 香 港 會 計 師 公 會 的 註 冊 學 生 , 報 讀 其 舉 辦 的
專 業 資 格 課 程 , 在 完 成 該 課 程 及 考 試 合 格 後 , 加 上 累 積 有 關 工 作 經 驗 便 可 註 冊 成 為 專 業 會 計 師 。
報 考 『 認 可 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』(Accredited Accounting Technician(AAT) Examination) 註 冊 手 續 :
『 認 可 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』 一 般 於 每 年 六 月 及 十 二 月 應 考 。 新 學 員 如 有 意 參 加 『 認 可 財 務 會 計 員 考 試 』,
請 自 行 向 HKIAAT 辦 理 入 會 註 冊 手 續 ( 報 考 六 月 之 考 試 一 般 需 於 同 年 1 月 31 日 或 之 前 辦 理 入 會 註 冊 , 報
考 十 二 月 之 考 試 一 般 需 於 同 年 7 月 15 日 或 之 前 辦 理 入 會 註 冊 )。 有 關 公 開 考 試 的 查 詢 , 可 致 電 HKIAAT

申 請 持 續 進 修 基 金 (CEF) 注 意 事 項
合 資 格 的 申 請 人 可 就 多 於 一 個 可 獲 發 還 款 項 課 程 申 領 發 還 款 項 。 完 成 可 獲 發 還 款 項 課 程 或 該 等 課 程 的 部 分 單 元
後 , 可 獲 發 還 有 關 課 程 費 用 的 80% 或 上 限 10,000 港 元 。
申 請 資 格
‧ 屬 香 港 居 民 並 擁 有 香 港 居 留 權 、 或 香 港 入 境 權 、 或 有 權 在 香 港 逗 留 而 不 受 任 何 逗 留 條 件 限 制 ;
‧ 已 獲 錄 取 修 讀 可 獲 發 還 款 項 課 程 , 並 在 開 課 前 支 付 學 費 ;
‧ 在 遞 交 申 請 和 申 領 發 還 費 用 時 ; 年 齡 介 乎 18 至 65 歲

Paper 1
GAAT-25654 : Fundamentals of Accounting and Computerized Accounts ( 基 礎 會 計 與 電 腦 化 會 計 )
This module gives a complete understanding, right from scratch to preparation and analysis of financial
statements. This module also develops students’ ability to use the MYOB accounting software to record
business transactions and to generate financial reports.

GAAT-25651 : Business Communication and Organization and Management ( 商 業 傳 意 、 組 織 與 管 理 )
This module provides students with a broad range of skills used to communicate effectively in business
situations. The course also introduces students to the basic principles of management; develop a basic
understanding of business structures, and the operation of the various functional units within organizations.
Paper 3
GAAT-25656 : Management Accounting ( 管 理 學 會 計 )
This module introduces the principles of cost and management accounting and the application of those
principles. Topics like materials cost and labour cost; overhead costs; job costing; contract costing;
process costing; budgeting; standard costing etc will be studied.
Paper 4
GAAT-25657 : Business Economics and Financial Mathematics ( 商 業 經 濟 及 財 務 數 學 )
This module introduces the basic principles of economics in relation to the economic management of
the HKSAR and other countries. The course also introduces the concepts and application of the basic
principles and techniques of business mathematics used in making decisions and inferences in the
business world.

GAAT-25652 : Principles of Taxation ( 稅 務 原 理 )
This module enables students to demonstrate a general understanding of the fundamental principles of
Hong Kong taxation and the application of those principles.
Paper 6
GAAT-25653 : Fundamentals of Business Law ( 基 礎 商 業 法 )
This module develops students’ understanding of the legal implications of problems and situations
commonly faced in doing business in Hong Kong and develop their ability to apply legal principles to the
solution.
Paper 7
GAAT-25658 : Financial Accounting ( 財 務 會 計 )
This module provides students with a board understanding of the principles and practices of financial
accounting. Topics like financial reporting standards, the disclosure and presentation requirements of
financial statements, disclosure of changes in accounting policies, accounting estimates and errors etc will
be studied.

GAAT-25659 : Principles of Auditing and Management Information Systems
( 審 計 學 原 理 及 資 訊 系 統 管 理 )
This module introduces the principles of auditing as required in the regulatory, legal and reporting
framework in Hong Kong. The course also equips students with the knowledge of information as a key
resource to organization and the appreciation of how management systems can create value and improve
the competitive advantage of an organization.
