A personal and confidential assessment which notes your
strengths and areas for improvement within the GMI.
360-version (additional half-day workshop)*
This full-circle approach compares your view of yourself
against your immediate team’s responses and averages the
grand mean of all who completed the GMI on your behalf.
The GMI measures the Global Mindset profile of the
survey-taker using an integrated, scientifically verified
and validated framework with a specific set of attributes
and characteristics which assesses three types of capitals
and nine competencies. A strong GMI score is a proven
predictor of success in global leadership positions.
*Certification in the GMI self-assessment is a prerequisite for 360 Certification.

Mansour Javidan, Ph.D.
Director of Najafi Global Mindset Institute
and Garvin Distinguished Professor
Multiple award-winning executive educator and author whose teaching and
research interests span the globe, Dr. Javidan is former Dean of Research
and the Garvin Distinguished Professor and Founding Director of Najafi
Global Mindset Institute at Thunderbird School of Global Management,
the world’s number 1 ranked business school in international business.
His current research is focused on scientifically identifying and defining the
essential attributes of global leadership, resulting in the Global Mindset
Inventory (GMI), an assessment tool that measures an individual’s potential
to work effectively with others who come from different parts of the world.
Dr. Javidan is also Past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors
for the world-renowned research project on executive performance and
leadership, titled GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior
Effectiveness).
Dr. Javidan has been designated an Expert Advisor (Global Leadership)
