“I find the GMI to be an extremely
useful tool, as it reflects my
company’s mission of helping
people realize the potential of
global business and find the
courage to think and act more
effectively. Training and consulting
leaders of international
organizations, we use the GMI
as part of our leadership
development programs to
increase the mobility of their
high-potentials and encourage
them to take on corporate
missions outside of Scandinavia.
As part of this process, we help
prepare the leaders for a global
leadership position by addressing
the various elements included in
the Global Mindset Inventory.”
