This year's <strong>the</strong>me of "Towards Uniformity" looks at <strong>the</strong> extent to which uniformity has been achieved in relation to<br />
both specific and general aspects of <strong>the</strong> CISG, in its interpretation, obligations and remedies, and how uniformity<br />
might be improved in future. The conference also seeks to highlight <strong>the</strong> regional impact of <strong>the</strong> CISG in harmonizing<br />
sales law in Asia.<br />
