Booth and participation details
Display booth
The minimum size of a booth will be 9 sq mt. It will
have: 1 discussion table • 3 chairs • 1 waste bin • 3 spot
lights • a fascia • one 10 amp. electrical socket • wallto-wall
carpet.
Please inform EEPC India if you need more furniture,
etc., before the exhibition starts. Payment has to be
made too.
Larger booths in multiples of 3 sq mt are also
available.
Charges
One side open booth: US$330 per sq mt or INR16,500
per sq mt + INR1,700 per sq mt as Service Tax.
Two sides open booth (corner): US$355 per sq mt or
INR17,750 per sq mt + INR1,828 per sq mt as Service
Tax.
Bare space (a minimum 36 sq mt and maximum of
3 open sides): US$290 per sq mt or INR14,500 per sq
mt + INR1,494 per sq mt as Service Tax.
Note: Service Tax is not applicable if participants pay
in US dollars.
Due to limited availability of corner booths, allocation
will be done on a first-come-first-served basis subject
to full payment.
Mode of payment
Full payment to be made by:
• Demand Draft/at par Cheque favouring ‘EEPC INDIA’
along with the filled-up Application Form, OR
• Swift transfer in US Dollar. The details are:

Important information
Payment and cancellation
Please make full payment along with the Application Form by 30
October 2009. Space will be booked only after full payment is received.
Cancellation charges will be 50% if reservation is cancelled after 6
November 2009. Any cancellation after that would mean 100%
forfeiture. EEPC India has the sole discretion to accept applications and
allot space.
Selection criteria
The final selection of the participants will be done by a committee. It will
be based on criteria such as accreditation to International Standards
(like ISO, QS, etc.), foreign collaborations, annual exports, etc.
Shipment of exhibits
EEPC India will appoint a Shipping Agent to facilitate shipment of
exhibits. However, participants are free to choose their own agents.
Travel and hotel accommodation
EEPC India will assist participants to find suitable airlines and hotels at
Jakarta, Indonesia, at negotiated rates through accredited travel agents.
Participants can also make their own travel/hotel arrangements.
Visa
Indonesia allows ‘visa on arrival’ for Indian citizens. However, participants
are advised to take Business Visas in advance before departing from
India. EEPC India will issue recommendation letters for visas to
representatives of participating companies. However, EEPC India cannot
guarantee visas, as this is the sole discretion of the Embassy of Indonesia
in India.
MDA grant
All eligible participants will be entitled to the MDA grant under Focus
ASEAN+2 Programme of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of
India as per the MDA Guidelines effective from 1 April 2006. The MDA
Guidelines can be downloaded from http://commerce.nic.in/mdaguidelines.pdf.
Assistance is permissible on travel expenses by air on return by Economy
Excursion Class fare and charges on built-up furnished stall. This is
subject to an upper ceiling of INR1,50,000.
An MDA grant is subject to companies that have: (i) an FOB value of
exports not exceeding INR15 crore in the preceding year; (ii) completed
12 months of membership with EEPC India; (iii) regularly filed returns;
and other conditions. The details can be obtained from the Regional
