Important informationPayment and cancellationPlease pay the full amount along with the Application Formby 15 July <strong>2010</strong>. Space will be booked only after the paymentis received. If reservation is cancelled before 30 July <strong>2010</strong>,50% of your payment will be forfeited. The full amount will beforfeited if the cancellation is done after that date. Acceptanceof application and allocation of space will be at the solediscretion of EEPC India.Selection criteriaThe final selection of the participants will be done by a<strong>com</strong>mittee. It will be based on criteria like accreditationto International Standards (like ISO, QS, etc.), foreigncollaborations, annual exports, etc.Shipment of exhibitsEEPC India will appoint a shipping agent to facilitateshipment of exhibits. However, participants are free tochoose their own agents.Travel and hotel ac<strong>com</strong>modationEEPC India will assist participants to find suitable airlinesand hotels at Bogotá, Colombia, at negotiated rates throughaccredited travel agents. Participants can also make theirown travel/hotel arrangements.VisaEEPC India will issue re<strong>com</strong>mendation letters for a maximumnumber of two participants for each 9 sq mt booth.However, EEPC India cannot guarantee visas as this is at thesole discretion of the Embassy of Colombia in India.MDA grantAll eligible participants will be entitled to the MDA grantunder Focus LAC Programme of the Ministry of Commerce& Industry, Government of India as per the MDA Guidelineseffective from 1 April 2006.
